From an older version of toaster, I didn't have that issue.
Both have the same PHP RPM, (php-pear, php-ldap, php, php-mysql) just
different version.
I compare the php.ini, it is the same.
But one is working fine and one is not, any idea?

Something appears to be missing.
# yum search php
Is php-mbstring installed on the working box?
