Will be CentOS 4.x...
Except I only use Yum one time in the entire life of the distro.... to download / install apt...

(I'd started with apt on another distro, which never gave me a problem.  However, I've had issues with Yum and dependencies before, so I just don't trust it anymore.)

Which distro are you using?

I am asking because I thought perhaps if enough of a majority are using centos/redhat/fedora then perhaps it would be worth talking about cleaning up the dependencies in the RPMs and setting up a repository so that all that needs to be done to get the current version is everything is "yum upgrade".

So, which distro?
