You can simply create a /var/qmail/control/simcontrol file (it became
included with version 1.3.something). Here's the default:
:clam=yes,spam=yes,spam_hits=12,attach=.mp3:.src:.bat:.pif
(all one line).
To make it active, you need to rebuild the simcontrol.cdb file. That is done
in newer toaster versions by simply:
# qmailctl cdb
but I don't think your version includes the simcontrol make. To rebuild it
in older versions,
# /var/qmail/bin/simscanmk
