That's the crux of the matter all right.
It comes from the rpmbuild command, which is invoked by qtp-build-rpms, and
should in this case look like:
# rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt4064 --target=x86_64 \
/usr/src/qtp-upgrade/SRPMS/vpopmail-toaster-5.4.13-1.3.2.src.rpm
