Seems to be a mysql connection error, check /home/vpopmail/etc/vpopmail.sql and test connection from console.

Toaster runs ok without xinetd and atd services.

All of the services below are set to "on" for at least runlevel 3 through 5 (some are on at 2 also, I had noticed.)
