What's supposed to be in the vpopmail.mysql ? I can nano the file, but it's
just 1 line..

How do I test it?
If I just type mysql and then status, it tells me it's been up for 16
minutes... (I just rebooted after editing firewall.sh - I had put in my
external IP, which wasn't pingable from the box. After re-running the
edited firewall.sh, I get lots of IPtables errors, but from what the guide
said, I assume they are ignorable?)

(Sorry if I don't make too much sense...)

Seems to be a mysql connection error, check
/home/vpopmail/etc/vpopmail.sql and test connection from console.

Toaster runs ok without xinetd and atd services.
