Thank you for the replies, fellas. I'm pretty sure the reason that our messages are flagged is because we are using the IP given to us by our local cable company, and do not have the ability to add a reverse DNS entry that matches our domain.
I found this post while skimming some of the forums online for a possible answer. [snip] Make sure the reverse DNS for your server matches the forward DNS and that both resolve to a server name that is not obviously a dynamic IP address. Mail from a machine named customer43.dsl.bigisp.com tends to get weighted as spam for reasons which should be obvious. [/snip] We have already tried to get our cable company to add the reverse DNS for us, but they said they "can't" (or won't) Sending through their SMTP server is not an option. So, in other words, I think we are pretty much SOL. I'm a newbie to DNS, but from my understanding reverse DNS is not something we can do ourselves without the help of our ISP.
