This should handle spam checking ok, but blacklists would still apply. To bypass rbl checking for a domain (by IP address), add an entry in /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp with RBLSMTPD="". See http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/RBLs at the bottom of the page. Don't forget to # qmailctl cdb to activate the change.
