Right. There haven't been any database changes since 1.3.1, the release
you're presently running.

Everything in the mysql database remains intact, unchanged by the upgrade.
The upgrade doesn't touch the database, and there haven't been any changes
to the database since the version you're running, so the newer versions
should work just fine with what your present database.

I hope EE or Jake will chime in if this isn't correct.
