If you haven't setup your DNS as in http://opensource.mco2.net/qmail/srs/,
you aren't using it :)

In that case it's safe to use empf patch.

      Is there any possibility to  block  some mail ids in my domain to accept 
or send mails to/from other outside domains.?

      That means they should only be allowed to send mails to the same domain.
