It would appear that your install missed all of the modules during install except Squirrelmail. Make sure you run the Deps script. This will make sure you have all of the dependencies. I would bet that's what you missed. Then rerun the install. Watch as the modules each install. Toward the end of each module you'll see a line with "RETURN CODE=" and a number. Anything OTHER than 0 means you had errors in the installation of that module. Look above the return for a message saying something about a missing file or dependency.
