You are still missing a bunch. There's 21 packages total that should show up. If the first package doesn't install, don't bother going to the next as it will probably fail. Here's the installation order:

Since you have daemontools installed, you need to go see why ucspi-tcp-toaster is not installing. If you can't get it to install correctly, don't bother moving to vpopmail-toaster until you resolve the issue with ucspi-tcp-toaster. If it doesn't HAVE to be Cent5, you could download my ISO that will install everything for you in about an hour (http://qmtiso.com)

That would give you a working Cent4.5 install with QmailToaster.
