Erik Espinoza and I are both listed as QMT consultants on the wiki.
There are a lot of people out there who support Qmail in general, but it's not free. You're getting the software for free, but the support is not. As such, you don't always get "high priority" when asking questions. I for one put my paying customers first, now that I'm a consultant full time. I used to put 20+ hours a week into free support for QMT, but with work and family I now put in about 2 hours a week. Look on the wiki and search the Internet. There are a lot of choices when it comes to hiring a consultant to work on your Qmail/Sendmail/Exim/Postfix/etc. system.
