Does moving one allow the domain to all of their users though? As for hotmail,
yup, still no answers but then, I've not looked since.

It's just a suggestion. This should be a sideline to someone anyhow, it's not
a full time gig unless he/she can get enough people interested, then it might
be. Anyone can hire a pro any time, my suggestion was a pro who's got a little
time on the side to handle something like this.
