How about starting with simple, smaller steps, and making those work
well, before asking for pie in the sky.
I think the ability for a single installation to:
- create a new domain, and new users
- perform updates on QMT
-administer said domain and users, as both an admin (for all domains),
or a postmaster (for just that specific domain)
- get some sort of statistics (again, admin and specific user/
postmaster)
Would be an achievable goal right now.
