Given that bayes_auto_expire is off, there's apparently some sort of other
bottleneck. Are the messages which timeout particularly large? What's the
cpu utilization when the timeout occurs? How longs do messages typically
take to scan? How many processes are typically running at once? spamd log
would be a good thing to check.
