FWIW, I've seen many FP's on cbl, dsbl, and spamcop.. The only one I
trust/use at this point is zen.spamhaus.org as it contains most of the
same sites as the other dnsbls', and it blocks about 200k emails per day
out of 220k. This, combined with the proper sa rulesets and tweak-ages
works very well in this situation, but obviously, your mileage may
vary...
