if you have qmailadmin installed you can make catchalls.
http://domain.com/qmailadmin
or
if you want to create a list, you can use ezmlm.
I use mailman, but let me tell you, thats some work getting installed.
For aliases, I use valias, in the vpopmail/bin/ directory.
