I checked the permissions and controllers. Everything checked out fine from what I saw... same error, something screwy happened, not sure what. Since there was no mail in the maildir's I just deleted and readded the domains using vpopmail's command line. Seems to have taken care of it. Got a weird error though on the first domain I made.
Entry is out of order: domain.com.hostname Not sure what that's about but mail is going through the queue fine now. On to the next issue.
