Do you have
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/HTTP/Date.pm
and
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/LWP/UserAgent.pm
on your system?

If so, what does:
# rpm -qf /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/HTTP/Date.pm
and
# rpm -qf /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/LWP/UserAgent.pm
tell you?
