I for one do not work for an ISP, nor am I a C/C++ (or whatever you are using) programmer. I am a PHP. But because of the great support, and because of the wonderful package, great documentation and other things, I'm willing to do anything I can for you guys to help out. Like everyone I lead a busy life, but this list has helped me. So I've been trying to help answer others also.
Thanks for all of the hard work - everyone involved.
