[qmailtoaster] : Keep a copy of send and received email for whole domain

HI,

I currently running a Qmail Toaster, installed using the srpm, recently my
IT director want to keep track all email that gone through our email system.

May I know how can I enable this?

I only get the solution if install using the Tar format.

Can some one help me on this.
