Somehow the BIS changes their actual email address to blackberry server
email addresse to send out the email and hence mailing list rejected the
email
Please advise how can I allow blackberry users to use their phone to send
out emails.

This is a known problem with BIS server and there is not a work-around
that I am aware of.
I imagine you COULD use a BCC function and have a copy of their outgoing
messages go to a different address which would then forward mail to the
mailing list but this is obviously sloppy and error-prone.
