It's very easy for spammers to spoof the sender address. Have a look at
the email header to see where it actually came from.
Are you using spamdyke? If not, I'd bet that installing it would get rid
of these spams, as they typically come from hosts with improper rDNS
configurations, which spamdyke can check very thoroughly.
