Checked badmailto and badmailfrom and they're stock as well.
Doing a 'dig' check looked the same as another server (which does not
have the same issue) but the paypal messages are sent from IPs not
listed in the DNS mx records, but does belong to ebay (and I receive
messages from paypal at the same IP addresses as this "broken" server).
Weird, eh?
