I would try the simscan method. I doubt it will work, but it only takes
a couple seconds to try.
Otherwise I think you'll either have to remove the clamav def that's
causing your false positives or allow them free reign in your tcp.smtp.
On a side note, have you reported the FP to the maintainer of the clamav
definition?
