imap seens to be running, but why I cant enter my mailbox?
Where can I find the logs you mentioned?

courier-imap will be run by daemontools, not init.d on your system.
Look at:
qmailctl stat
And see if imap is running. If it is, show us logs where the error occurs.
We will only be guessing if you do not show us logs.
