I am guessing it is the badmimetypes
So I nuked / removed everything in badmimetypes
and did qmailctl cdb
Is it okay to nuke badmimetypes?

In the SPAMD logs I can see emails from @bsp.gov.ph being received but
the email address is all coded long so I cannot specifically say I
received it from [email protected]. Maybe I am looking at the
wrong receiving log?
