Dear list,
Yesterday I updated my backup QMT server to the latest stable
releases using newmodel. I then followed the steps on the wiki for
recompiling chkuser to allow "/" for Blackberry emails. After I issue a
"qmailctl start" I started receiving the following error:
spamd~: unable to open supervise/ok: file does not exist
The really strange thing (at least to me) is that the
/var/qmail/supervise/spamd directory changed to
/var/qmail/supervise/spamd~ (notice the"~" at the end). I deleted this
directory and then re-installed the Spamassassin rpm. This put back the
/var/qmail/supervise/spamd directory and "qmailctl stat" showed spamd
running correctly. After about a minute this directory was rename to
/var/qmail/supervise/spamd~ and I get the errors again.
Any help or pointing in the right direction would be appreciated.
