Eric,
I have setup simcontrol to call spamassassin for only certain
email addresses. I started noticing for one of these addresses that some
emails where coming in and according to the headers where not being
scanned by spamassassin. When I looked closer all the messages that were
not being scanned were showing upcase letters for the address in "
Delivered-To:". I have the address in simcontrol with all lowercase
letter. I then started testing with my own address and got the same
results. If I sent to my email address with uppercase letters it did not
get scanned by spamassassin. If I used all lower case letters it did.
Any help would be appreciated. I did not come across anything in
my searches to lead me to a fix or workaround for this. The only thing I
saw was one person complaining about this issue back in 2006, but I forget
where I saw that. There were no responses to this posting.
I am running the latest version of all QMT packages excluding the
very latest changes to clamav-toaster, qmail-toaster and ucspi-tcp-toaster
packages updated on 9/7/2009.

TTBOMK email addresses and domain names are case insensitive.
What leads you to believe that they're case sensitive in simcontrol?
(I'm not saying they're not, but they shouldn't be if they are)
