Received-SPF: softfail (my.server.tld: transitioning SPF record at
server.tld does not designate 88.64.213.32 as permitted sender)

Result: user1 get the spam email.
If you're using spamdyke, and all email sent from/for your domain is
from authenticated clients, then you can blacklist your own domain!
At first that sounds counter-intuitive, but since all users are
authenticating (or using port 587), then you should be receiving no
unauthenticated email from your domain(s), and blacklisting them is
safe. Spamdyke bypasses all filters (including blacklists) for
authenticated messages.
I use this technique.
