Jake, thanks for the reply. I think the patch was created by A.M. Maybe he will see this and either clarify or fix it. Seems like unnecessary clutter in log files if you are not using eMPF. It adds the log entry before it checks for the existence of the config file. Ideally it would have been written to check for the existence of the config file first, but that is not the way the author designed it.
