I open the following URL:
http://domain.com/qmailadmin
and the login page appears in all browsers.
I login and all browsers but Chrome work OK.
In Chrome if I purposely type a wrong password, login page reappears but
if i login properly qmailadmin freezes.

Any clue?
Hmmm. Appears that chrome is sending something that's causing the cgi
script to choke. Have you googled to see if there are other instances of
cgi scripts (other ones perhaps) that fail to reply to chrome?
