I found this:

"
Google Chrome does send the valid HTTP POST, but then immediately follows
this with sending a TCP reset for that session, then Chrome does a HTTP GET
for /cgi-bin/hello (using a different TCP session) which of course doesn't
include the form variables and values since it is no longer a CGI request.
So, my web server cannot retrieve the value of the "name" variable from the
posted form.

"

But couldn't really relate this bug to the way qmailadmin times out in the server.

Anyway, I tell my Chrome customers to use another browser -sic-

Thank you.

Dos qmailadmin work for you in Chrome for Windows?

I open the following URL:

I login and all browsers but Chrome work OK.
In Chrome if I purposely type a wrong password, login page reappears but if i login properly qmailadmin freezes.

 Any clue?

Hmmm. Appears that chrome is sending something that's causing the cgi script to choke. Have you googled to see if there are other instances of cgi scripts (other ones perhaps) that fail to reply to chrome?
