Lately I've noticed that my system is completely frozen, the emails
are delayed up to 2 hours to get there, reboot the server and returns
to normal sending and reception, has this happened to me the last 2
weeks, to review any proposal where it can be the problem?

Would need to see some log files. If the whole system is freezing, this
would leave me to believe you have a hardware problem, especially since
it worked fine in the past and only recently started having issues.
