What does your smtp log show for the corresponding message?
What is in your /var/qmail/control/badmimetypes file? The badmimetypes
and badloadertypes checks are a bit antiquated. You might want to
comment out all of the entries in both files, then run "qmailctl cdb" to
make the changes effective.
