FWIW, blocking by filename extension isn't very secure, and can be quite
annoying to users. All they need to do is rename the file and it will pass.
Blocking email attachments by extension is no substitute for a good
virus/malware scanner. Clamav is already doing a good job of this,
especially if you have the sane-security rules installed.
