Is it easily possible to disable the chkuser functionality in the toaster?
I want to use it, for obvious reasons, but need to do some account

See http://www.interazioni.it/opensource/chkuser/documentation/chkuser_settings.html You should be able to change settings by adding corresponding variables to your tcp.smtp file. You could also add desired variables to the /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run (or submission/run) file to implement them on a global basis.
