Can I add a line that will load a second file , say called "badip"

Can you also show what to add to the tcp.smtp, in case I want to use

There's been an increase in spam lately, according to my server's
metrics.
For habitual spammy servers, I block them in iptables. You can also
block them in the tcp.smtp file.
