Thanks Aleksander for the reply.

I am just using PLAIN - no TLS and no SSL.  This setup worked great under
Courrier IMAP.  Just a simple IMAP port 143 setup for my clients.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!  Having no luck with Google
searches.
