What do the logs show? Are you relaying mail?
qmail-dk has some bugs, and does not always work correctly. Are you sure
that the domainkeys files are in Unix format?
You may need to turn on recordio and log the session a little better and
post the logs here so we can review.

This my test from telnet:

After that i have tried to send an email through squirrelmail and it got
signed and sent to remote host. So, it was my mistake, i wasn't using
right syntax in my telnet session, although i've used same sequence before
on other mail servers and it worked but i don't think that those other
servers had dksign.

I would disable qmail-dk. It has a few intermittent/inconsistent problems.
# cd /var/qmail/bin
# ln -sf qmail-queue.orig qmail-queue
I don't know for sure if restarting qmail would be required or not, but it wouldn't hurt.
