Okay! well that rpm command worked a lot better. I was able to get a list of installed rpm and have confirmed that there are 3 perl modules missing.
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA**** perl-Net-CIDR***** perl-rrdtool*** I have installed them but the problem still persists. Any other options? You must have some. Your rpm -V command isn't quite right either, but I don't think we really need to do that. I don't know about removing CPAN modules. Steve, would that really be necessary? You wouldn't want to go too far in that direction, because you might cripple yum in the process. I'd simply try installing the perl packages you're missing with yum. Your yum command should look like this: # yum --enablerepo=rpmforge install perl perl-Archive-Tar (...) Use each package name that you're missing, short of the version stuff. I expect that will take care of things.
