Yes, it will allow per-user configuration. There should be a
Squirrelmail plugin where users will be able to control their own
spam/delete thresholds and white/black lists.
No, I do not currently have any instructions typed up. Doing some
testing to determine the best way to tie it into Qmail, but currently
it looks like it will be another supervise controllable process with
an extra step in the delivery process.
