Which log?
Where's the message originating from?
I don't believe that qmail-inject is is typically used in a stock QMT
setting. Do you know what's invoking it?
Also, so we know at least a little about your environment, please post:
# qtp-whatami
# rpm -qa | grep toaster | sort
