thanks for reply

i have around 6000 users in this case

so around 3000 will be mounted on one drive and the other 3000 on another
drive.

if i have 6000 entries in the rc.local file, will that cause any problems ?

also is there any other alternative solution ... since the above method
seems a bit crude.
