Scott,
I chose to implement my backup mail servers as essentially exact
duplicates to my main mail server, with the exception of the smtproutes
entries (and the lack of a fully populated mysql database)... so I
currently DO run spamdyke against all inbound mail on my backup MX
systems... however, I also do NOT re-run spamdyke on those messages when
they're finally delivered to the main server.
I don't have any issues with this setup... others may have other
experiences they'd like to share...
