As you have noquotas specified, this would appear to be something specific
to autoresponder, as you originally said.

As autoresponder is part of the inter7 "suite" of packages, let's give Matt
at inter7 a shot at this. He's presently working on vpopmail, and might have
some insight.

Please post this problem to the vpopmail list ([email protected]), and we'll
see what goes from there.
