HW or SW raid?

Yes using RAID1. And it looks like you are correct. Hard drive
error.
Error 1 occurred at disk power-on lifetime: 27 hours (1 days + 3
hours)
When the command that caused the error occurred, the device was
active or idle.
After command completion occurred, registers were:
ER ST SC SN CL CH DH
-- -- -- -- -- -- --
10 51 af 00 90 93 e0 Error: IDNF at LBA = 0x00939000 = 9670656
Not that you've asked, but here's what I'd try.
You might have a better plan.
1) be sure you have good backups
2) drop the worst drive from the array and replace it
3) add the new drive to the array, and let it resync
4) drop the other drive from the array and replace it
5) add the next new drive to the array, let it resync
6) done
You'll need 2 brief periods of down time, but that should be minimal.
Depending on your HW situation, you might be able to migrate to a
different server with little to no interruption. That's not quite as
simple a process though.
Good luck George, and let us know how you make out.
