Dear all! I have extended a perl-tool provided from Alessandro De Zorzi to be able to migrate all users and their address books from Squirrelmail to Roundcubemail's MySQL database. You may download all sources from https://github.com/weberhofer/squirrelmail2roundcubemail
Roundcubemail is now running for a few days on some servers and it seem to work nicely with qmailtoaster/dovecot.
