Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

I'm running qmailadmin 1.2.16 (the latest) on several servers, and
changing the catchall setting doesn't appear to work on any of them.
Some of them have apache or nginx reverse proxies ahead of qmailadmin,
but that doesn't appear to be the problem. It's happening on a
self-contained QMT host as well.
